41-8-19. Trapping of fur-bearing animals prohibited except as authorized--Violation as misdemeanor. Except as authorized by chapter 41-6, no person may set or operate any trap, hunt, catch, take, trap, or kill any fur-bearing animal. A violation of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor.
