41-20-12. Forestry fund continued--Source of funds--Appropriation and expenditure. There is continued the forestry fund which is in addition to any fund which may be made available by appropriation to the Department of Agriculture for the operation of forestry programs. The fund shall consist of funds coming into the Department of Agriculture as may be made available to that department for the operation of forestry programs and all money in the fund is hereby annually appropriated to be disbursed by the Department of Agriculture as provided by law. The money in these funds shall be expended for necessary expenses upon warrants drawn by the state auditor on vouchers approved by authorized personnel.
