Section 41-20-2 - Forester continued within Department of Agriculture--Allocation of functions.

41-20-2. Forester continued within Department of Agriculture--Allocation of functions. The state forester shall continue within the Department of Agriculture, and his functions shall be allocated between the forester and the department as they were formerly allocated between the forester and the Game, Fish and Parks Commission.
