Section 41-20-6 - Payments from fire suppression special revenue fund.
41-20-6. Payments from fire suppression special revenue fund. Costs payable from the state fire suppression special revenue fund shall be paid by warrant of the state auditor on vouchers approved by the secretary of agriculture.
