41-21-5. Reimbursement of landowner for control measures. If a landowner effectively controls an infestation on his property to the satisfaction of the state forester within the time specified upon notification, he may be reimbursed an amount not to exceed two-thirds of the cost of such control as estimated by the state forester out of any funds made available for this purpose by the Legislature.
