Section 41-22-3 - Inclusion of discount tree purchases in agreement.
41-22-3. Inclusion of discount tree purchases in agreement. Any lease or lease-purchase agreement negotiated pursuant to this chapter, shall include a provision for discount tree purchases for any political subdivision of the state, including the State of South Dakota and a provision for preference purchasing by such political subdivisions and the state.
