Section 42-7A-44.1 - License revoked for noncompliance.
42-7A-44.1. License revoked for noncompliance. The commission shall deny or revoke an establishment license for video lottery machine placement that does not meet the requirements of § 42-7A-44. Any video lottery establishment licensed by the commission has until September 1, 1991 to comply with the provisions of § 42-7A-44.
