42-7B-1. Limited card games and slot machines authorized within city of Deadwood--Voter approval required--Form of ballot. Limited card games and slot machines are hereby authorized, and may be operated and maintained, within the city limits of Deadwood, South Dakota, subject to the provisions of this chapter. The City of Deadwood must first approve the limited card games and slot machines by sixty percent of the votes cast at an election called for this purpose. The form of the question to be submitted to the voters is "Shall the city of Deadwood allow limited card games and slot machines?"
