42-7B-48.3. Gaming addiction treatment and counseling program grants from Gaming Commission fund. The commission may grant an amount not to exceed thirty thousand dollars each fiscal year from the Gaming Commission fund to the Department of Human Services to fund gaming addiction treatment and counseling programs in the state.
