Section 45-1-4 - Enforcement of state laws relating to oil and gas.
45-1-4. Enforcement of state laws relating to oil and gas. Subject to the provisions of chapter 45-9, the state geologist is charged with the duty of enforcing all of the laws of this state relating to the oil and gas industry and the conservation of oil and gas deposits in this state.
