Section 45-9-6 - Taking of tests of oil or gas wells by board.

45-9-6. Taking of tests of oil or gas wells by board. Without limiting its general authority, the Board of Minerals and Environment may require, or may delegate to the office of the state geologist, specific authority to require the taking of tests of oil or gas wells.
