46A-1-9. Review of progress on statewide water plan--Scenic and recreational rivers to be included. The Board of Water and Natural Resources shall continuously review the development and progress on the comprehensive statewide water plan as it is prepared as provided by § 46A-2-2. The plan when completed shall include a list of rivers or sections of rivers which may be designated as wild, scenic, or recreational rivers.
