46A-2-25. Acceptance of gifts for aiding and promoting water resources projects. The Board of Water and Natural Resources shall have the power to accept funds, property, and services or other assistance, financial or otherwise, from federal, state, and other public sources for the purpose of aiding and promoting the construction, maintenance and operation of any or all water resources projects.
