46A-2-9. Minutes of meetings of board--Records of accounts, keeping at principal place of business, public inspection. The Board of Water and Natural Resources shall keep accurate minutes of their meetings and accurate records and books of accounts clearly setting forth and reflecting the operations, management, and business of the district. Said minutes, records, and books shall be kept at the principal place of business of the district and during reasonable business hours always open to public inspection.
