46A-4-37. Results of election--Declaration by board of directors--Certificate of election, execution, and delivery by secretary of board. The board of directors shall declare elected the person having the highest number of votes cast for each vacancy. The secretary shall immediately make out and deliver to that person a certificate of election, signed by him and authenticated with the seal of the district.
