46A-4-84. Election on dissolution of irrigation district--Returns and ballots, certification by election boards--Canvass of returns and declaration of result by board of directors--Recording of result. The return of the election, together with the ballots cast thereat, shall be certified by the several election boards of such district to the board of directors within three days from and after such election, which board shall, on or before the third day after such election, canvass such returns and declare the result of such election, which result shall be at once recorded in the records of the district board.
