Section 46A-4-85 - Majority vote against dissolution of irrigation district--Another election duringyear forbidden.

46A-4-85. Majority vote against dissolution of irrigation district--Another election during year forbidden. If a majority of the votes shall be "For dissolution, No," there shall not be another election upon the question of a dissolution of the district during the year in which such election was held.
