46A-7-22. Assessments against acreage of district within United States reclamation project--Collection. In addition to other provisions of the laws of this state for the collection of assessments levied against the acreage of an irrigation district, the board of directors of any irrigation district, organized within a United States reclamation project is hereby authorized and empowered to make collections of all assessments levied against the acreage of said irrigation district through the office of said board.
