Section 46A-7A-105 - Service areas and subareas determined.

46A-7A-105. Service areas and subareas determined. The board, subject to the limitations of § 46A-7A-104, may levy a capital benefit assessment, at which time the board shall determine a service area to be benefited. The service area may be subdivided by the board into separate zones or subareas that benefit solely from corresponding parts of the total project.
