Section 46A-7A-106 - Estimated cost of project--Amendment--Approval by resolution.
46A-7A-106. Estimated cost of project--Amendment--Approval by resolution. The board by resolution shall have prepared an estimated cost of a project and the board may amend or correct the report. When the board is satisfied with the report, it shall approve by resolution and adopt the report.
