46A-7A-108. Agreement by benefited landowners for apportionment of costs. If the project provides that all costs of the project are to be borne by certain designated lands within the district and there is on file with the board a written agreement executed by all the holders of title of such lands stating landowner consent to apportionment of costs of the project on their lands in a particular manner, all such costs shall be apportioned in accordance with such agreement.
