46A-7A-117. Ballots and notice for election. At the election the ballots shall contain the words "benefit assessment levy and bonds" or "benefit assessment levy and loan contract" or "benefit assessment levy and bonds and loan contract," as appropriate, and "yes" and "no." Notice of the election shall be given at least twenty days prior by publication once a week for at least two consecutive weeks in an official newspaper in each county that contains a portion of the district.
