Section 46A-7A-12 - Exclusion of land by owner without obligation--Time allowed.
46A-7A-12. Exclusion of land by owner without obligation--Time allowed. Any holder of title to land included in the original district or any land subsequently annexed to the district may elect to exclude all or any part of his lands without any obligation whatsoever by notice to the board within one hundred eighty days following the validation election.
