46A-7A-125. Collection of assessment called--Proceeds paid to district treasurer. Any assessment called pursuant to this chapter shall be collected at the same time and in the same manner as county taxes. When collected, the net amount, as provided by this chapter, shall be paid to the treasurer of the district under the general requirements and penalties provided by law for settlement of county taxes.
