Section 46A-7A-137 - Notice to county officers of invalidity of amended assessment roll.
46A-7A-137. Notice to county officers of invalidity of amended assessment roll. Upon appointment of a State Adjustment Board, the state board shall notify county officials that the amended roll filed under the provisions of § 46A-7A-135 is not valid and that they shall continue to use the prior roll until otherwise advised by the state board.
