Section 46A-7A-145 - Unauthorized debt prohibited and void.
46A-7A-145. Unauthorized debt prohibited and void. The board or other officers of the district may not incur any debt or liability, either by bonds or otherwise, in excess of the provisions of this chapter. Any debt or liability incurred in excess of such provisions is void.
