46A-7A-168. Petition for judicial review and confirmation--Court in which filed--Contents. The board shall file in circuit court in a county in which some portion of the lands of the district are situated, a petition requesting that its proceedings be examined, approved, and confirmed by the court. The petition shall state the facts of the proceedings for issue and sale of the bonds, the entering of any contract, the levying of any assessment or taking of any special action and shall state generally that the irrigation district was duly organized and that the first board was duly elected. The petition need not state the facts showing organization of the district or the election of the first board.
