46A-7A-174. Consent of secretary of interior required for dissolution proceedings. If a contract has been made with the United States, no action may be taken by the board for dissolution of the district unless the assent of the secretary of the interior thereto in writing has been filed with the secretary of the board and a certified copy thereof filed with the register of deeds of each county where district lands are situated.
