Section 46A-7A-175 - Ballots and conduct of dissolution election. - South Dakota Statutes

46A-7A-175. Ballots and conduct of dissolution election. The board shall provide ballots to be used at the election on which shall be printed the words: "for dissolution, Yes," and "for dissolution, No." The ballots shall be distributed to the proper election officers in the voting precincts of the district prior to the opening of the polls on the day of the election. The election shall be conducted in the same manner as provided for an election of directors of the district.
