Section 46A-7A-177 - Notice to holders of claims of approval of dissolution--Settlement of claims.
46A-7A-177. Notice to holders of claims of approval of dissolution--Settlement of claims. If a majority of the votes are "for dissolution, Yes," the board shall immediately notify all persons having claims against the district of the result of the election and may adjust, settle, and compromise any claim.
