Section 46A-7A-179 - Rejection of bids and sale by negotiation.
46A-7A-179. Rejection of bids and sale by negotiation. The board may reject any bids which are not, in the judgment of the board, fair and just consideration for the property. If bids are rejected by the board, it may sell and convey by deed, executed by the board, all such property by private negotiations with any person.
