Section 46A-7A-18 - Adjusting divisions.
46A-7A-18. Adjusting divisions. If there is an inclusion or exclusion of any land within the district by proceedings under this chapter, the board, at least thirty days prior to the next succeeding regular election, shall make an order readjusting as necessary the boundaries of its divisions to keep them as nearly equal in area of district lands as is practicable.
