46A-7A-23. Precincts for initial election--Change--General election laws applicable. For the purpose of the validation election and for election of the initial directors of the district, the state board shall establish a convenient number of election precincts in each division, which precincts may be changed by the board in subsequent elections. The election shall be conducted in accordance with the general election laws of the state.
