Section 46A-7A-26 - Notices of elections.
46A-7A-26. Notices of elections. Prior to any election held after the initial election, the board shall publish notice of the time and place of the election at least once each week for at least two consecutive weeks prior to the election. The second publication shall be at least thirty days prior to the election. The secretary of the board shall post notice of the election in the office of the district.
