Section 46A-7A-34 - Plurality elects--Certificate of election.
46A-7A-34. Plurality elects--Certificate of election. The board shall declare elected the person having the highest number of votes cast for each vacancy. The secretary of the board shall immediately deliver to that person a certificate of election, signed by him and authenticated with the seal of the district.
