Section 46A-7A-36 - Vacancy on board--Filling.
46A-7A-36. Vacancy on board--Filling. In case of a vacancy in the office of a member of the board, the vacancy shall be filled by appointment by a majority of the remaining members of the board. Any director so appointed shall hold his office until the next election of such division and until his successor is elected and qualified.
