Section 46A-7A-39 - Organization of initial board.
46A-7A-39. Organization of initial board. Upon certification of board members' election by the secretary of state, the initial board shall promptly convene and elect from its numbers a president, vice-president, secretary, and treasurer. The secretary and treasurer may be one position.
