Section 46A-7A-41 - Organization of board annually.
46A-7A-41. Organization of board annually. At the board's regular November meeting in each year, the directors shall organize as a board for the ensuing year, elect a president, a vice president, a secretary, and a treasurer or secretary-treasurer from their numbers.
