46A-7A-52. Waters and facilities in district declared to be public. Use of any water required for irrigation of lands of the district and all canals and ditches already constructed, rights-of-way for canals and ditches, sites for reservoirs and pumping plants, wells and sites for wells and any other property required to carry out the pertinent provisions of this chapter are hereby declared to be public use, subject to regulation and control of the state in the manner prescribed by law.
