Section 46A-7A-53 - Surveys and investigations authorized--Plan of operations--Contents.

46A-7A-53. Surveys and investigations authorized--Plan of operations--Contents. The board may undertake surveys, investigations and related activities to be used to prepare a plan of its proposed operations, in which plan works or other property proposal for purchase or construction and proposals to raise funds for carrying out such plans shall be stated.
