Section 46A-7A-58 - Cost estimates for plans--Preparation--Filing.
46A-7A-58. Cost estimates for plans--Preparation--Filing. To estimate the cost of any construction work, the board shall have surveys, examinations, and plans made to demonstrate the practicability of such plan and to furnish the proper basis for an estimate of the cost of construction. Any surveys, examinations, maps, plans, and estimates shall be made under the direction of a registered professional engineer and shall be certified by him. The board of directors shall file a copy of them with the state board.
