Section 46A-7A-6 - Exclusion of land converted from farming.

46A-7A-6. Exclusion of land converted from farming. If land within the district is converted from farming to other uses, including residential or industrial, such land shall be excluded from the district and may not continue to have a right to irrigation or other water, but may be served under contract as provided in § 46A-7A-4.
