Section 46A-7A-69 - Emergency award of contracts without bids.
46A-7A-69. Emergency award of contracts without bids. If there exists an emergency or urgent necessity, the board, by unanimous vote of those present at any regular or special meeting, may award contracts without advertising for bids.
