46A-7A-71. Bond of contractor--Direction of work by board. Any person to whom a contract for construction of works is awarded shall enter into a bond, with sufficient sureties, to be approved by the board and payable to the district for its use, for one hundred percent of the amount of the contract price, conditioned on full and faithful performance of the contract. The work shall be done under the direction of and to the satisfaction and approval of the board.
