46A-7A-76. Resolutions establishing or amending policies and procedures--Filing resolutions--Enforceability--Resolutions open for inspection at district office. Upon adoption of a resolution establishing or amending policies and procedures, a certified copy of the resolution shall be recorded with the county register of deeds of each affected county. Until so recorded, no resolution may be enforceable against any person not having actual knowledge thereof. A copy of resolutions in effect in the district shall be maintained and open for inspection at the district office.
