Section 46A-7A-8 - Right to vote in district elections.
46A-7A-8. Right to vote in district elections. Only electors are entitled to vote in a district election. Each elector over the age of eighteen years may vote in person or by proxy. Any conservator or personal representative of a person or estate of an elector shall be considered the elector for the purpose of this chapter.
