Section 46A-7A-84 - Annual benefit assessment--Amount.
46A-7A-84. Annual benefit assessment--Amount. Prior to completion of the district's irrigation water distribution system, the board may levy and call an annual benefit assessment for the general fund of the district. Such assessment shall be the amount required in the approved budget provided in § 46A-7A-155 plus ten percent to cover delinquencies in collections and costs of collection.
