Section 46A-7A-93 - Security for revenue bonds. - South Dakota Statutes

46A-7A-93. Security for revenue bonds. Revenue bonds shall be secured by all or any part of the revenues received by the district from tolls and charges levied pursuant to this chapter. In the resolution authorizing revenue bonds, the board may subject revenues it specifies to a lien or charge to secure payment of the principal and interest on the revenue bonds, but such bonds may not be secured by any lien or charge upon any assessments.
