Section 46A-7A-94 - Provision for early redemption of revenue bonds.
46A-7A-94. Provision for early redemption of revenue bonds. Revenue bonds may be issued subject to redemption prior to their fixed maturity date upon such terms, conditions, and notice and at such times and prices as the board may establish prior to issuance of the bonds.
