46A-7A-95. Sale of revenue bonds--Rates--Terms. Revenue bonds may be sold at either public or private sale at such rate or rates and upon terms and conditions as the board may establish. The bonds may be sold at less than par or face value, but no revenue bond may be sold at less than ninety-five percent of its face value.
